The Student Service Centre, abbreviated to SSC, is a unit dealing with comprehensive servicing of all student matters related to the educational process. Each Faculty of the University is assigned to one of the four Student Service Offices (SSOs), which, in turn, are parts of the SSC. The Center coordinates their work and makes every effort to solve any administrative problems that arise in the course of studies.

SSO No. 1 serves students and doctoral students of the Faculty of Humanities, the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Law and Administration.

SSO No. 2 serves students and doctoral students of the Faculty of Arts, the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Environmental Engineering, the Faculty of Physics and Astronomy, the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Econometrics, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Biological Sciences.

SSO No. 3 serves students and doctoral students of the Faculty of Economics and Management and the Faculty of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Automatic Control Engineering.

SSO No. 4 serves students and doctoral students of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Collegium Medicum.

The scope of SSO's activities:

• accepting all applications, letters, materials, applications submitted by students and addressed to the appropriate Dean of the Faculty or Head of Doctoral Studies (excluding scholarship applications),
• providing ongoing support to all students and listeners according to their faculty affiliation,
• preparing and issuing diplomas and supplements,
• providing comprehensive financial services for educational fees in the Dziekanat system.
